Term: Six months to five years.
Interest rate: 9.5% to 12.5%.
Points: 2 to 6.
Loan to value ratio: Up to 65% in some cases.
Amortization: Interest only or up to 40-year fully amortized due in two to five years.
Collateral: Commercial properties, apartment buildings or non-owner-occupied one to four unit properties.
(No lending on owner-occupied residential properties).
Prepayment penalty: None.

Underwriting process:

Borrower financial review.
Comparative market analysis and site inspection of property.
Appraisal.
Comprehensive title review.
Phase One environmental assessment, if applicable.
