Secondly, one of my associates, Michael McKown, conducted an extensive interview with me and Dennis Anderson, our senior loan consultant. Michael showed up one day with a long list of questions to ask, a tape recorder, and a photographer. We did the interview while Rob Peppler shot pictures around the office.
The picture is of me. I'm answering one of Mike's questions. No suit and tie? Right. We are somewhat informal but you will find no shortage of true knowledge and professionalism in this Santa Ana, Irvine, Orange and Tustin mortgage company. Our loan counselors have an average of 12 years experience in this business. Our processor is one of the best I've ever worked with. Our people know what they are doing.
